🔄 Refund and Return Policy / রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন নীতিমালা
1. Any complaints regarding received orders must be made within 5 working days.
১/ রিসিভকৃত অর্ডার পাঁচ কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে যে কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হয়।
2. Refunds and returns will be completed within the next 5 days.
২/ রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন পরবর্তী ৫ দিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
3. Used products cannot be returned.
৩/ ব্যবহৃত প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করা হবে না।
4. If a parcel is canceled or returned for personal reasons, delivery and return charges must be paid by the customer.
৪/ ব্যক্তিগত কারণে পার্সেল ক্যান্সেল বা রিটার্ন করলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং রিটার্ন চার্জ দিয়ে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
5. Delivery usually requires 24 to 48 hours, but the time may vary depending on circumstances.
৫/ ডেলিভারি সময়কাল ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘন্টা প্রয়োজন। ডেলিভারি ক্ষেত্রে সময় কম বেশি প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
6. For any complaints, please contact us through our page within the given time frame.
৬/ কোন অভিযোগ থাকলে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে আমাদের পেইজে যোগাযোগ করুন।
7. Delivery charges: Inside Dhaka – 60 BDT, Outside Dhaka – 130 BDT. Additional charges apply for extra weight.
৭/ ডেলিভারি চার্জ ঢাকার মধ্যে ৬০ টাকা, ঢাকার বাইরে ১৩০ টাকা এবং বাড়তি ওজনের জন্য আলাদা চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।
8. We will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer.
৮/ ত্রুটিপূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করলে দায়ী থাকবে না।
9. Our courier partners are RedX, Pathao, Sundarban, and Janani Courier Service.
