  • ডেলিভারি সময় সাধারণত ২৪–৭২ ঘণ্টা প্রয়োজন হয়, লোকেশন অনুযায়ী ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

  • Delivery charges apply based on location and product weight.

  • ডেলিভারি চার্জ লোকেশন এবং পণ্যের ওজন অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।

6. Return & Refund Policy
৬. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

  • Returns are accepted within 5 working days of receiving the order, subject to conditions.

  • অর্ডার রিসিভের ৫ কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে, শর্তসাপেক্ষে।

  • Used or damaged products cannot be returned.

  • ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্ন করা যাবে না।

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days after approval.

  • অনুমোদনের পর ৫ কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
